The round Yule log silicone mould from Silikomart Italy helps pastry kitchens create four large, consistently shaped logs in every production cycle. Each cavity measures 495 × 80 × H63 mm and holds 2,137 ml, providing a combined mould capacity of 8,548 ml.

Its classic half-round profile creates desserts with a smooth curved top, straight base and clean ends. Consequently, pastry chefs can achieve professional results without assembling rigid gutters or shaping every preparation manually.

The generous cavities suit traditional Bûche de Noël, mousse logs, semifreddo, gelato cakes, layered entremets and baked preparations. Moreover, chefs can incorporate sponge, creams, fruit centers, ganache, crunchy layers and decorative inserts.
