Create a distinctive finish for individual tartlets with the Silikomart Kit Tarte Ring Honoré. The set combines eight perforated rings for baking pastry shells with a white silicone mould for decorative toppings. Its flowing, folded pattern adds detail to each tartlet without requiring you to pipe the shape by hand.

Each ring measures Ø80 × H20 mm and holds the pastry in shape during baking. The perforations help heat reach the dough and support an even bake. Meanwhile, the mould contains eight Ø70 × H13 mm cavities. Each holds 34 ml, so you can prepare eight consistent toppings with a total mould capacity of 272 ml.

First, line the rings with pastry and bake the shells according to your recipe. Next, fill the silicone mould with mousse, crémeux or another suitable preparation. Once the toppings have set, release them and place one on each tartlet. Finally, add a glaze or small garnish to suit your menu.
