The set contains two silicone moulds with six cavities each. Therefore, you can prepare 12 portions in one batch. Each cavity holds 114 ml and measures approximately Ø76.5 × H25 mm. The included 30 × 40 cm tray supports both moulds as you fill them and move them to the freezer.

For a classic biscuit sandwich, place a round biscuit in each cavity, add your chosen ice cream preparation and level the surface. Next, top it with another biscuit and freeze until firm. Then flex the silicone to release the sandwiches. Finish the edges with chopped nuts, chocolate pieces or another suitable coating.
