Make consistent round ice cream sandwiches with the Silikomart Mini Discotto mould. The set includes two eight-cavity silicone moulds, allowing you to prepare up to 16 portions in one batch. Each cavity measures Ø63 × H22 mm and holds approximately 61 ml of filling.

To assemble a sandwich, place a biscuit at the bottom of a cavity. Next, add your chosen ice cream mixture and level it with a spatula. Cover the filling with another biscuit, then freeze until firm. Finally, flex the silicone to release the finished portion. This process gives each sandwich an even, rounded edge and a consistent serving size.

The included 30 × 40 cm tray supports both moulds during filling and freezing. Therefore, you can move the batch while keeping the cavities level. The flexible silicone also makes it easier to release the sandwiches once they have set.
