Create neatly shaped ice cream sandwiches with the Silikomart Mini Double mould. Designed for small rectangular portions, the set lets you combine a frozen filling with two biscuits for a dessert that is easy to finish, display and serve.

Each of the two silicone moulds has eight cavities, so you can prepare up to 16 portions in one batch. First, place a biscuit in each cavity. Next, add your ice cream filling and level the surface. Cover the filling with a second biscuit, then freeze the sandwiches until they hold their shape. Finally, flex the silicone to release each portion.

The Silikomart Mini Double mould gives every sandwich a consistent outline and a stated filling capacity of 69 ml. The included 30 × 40 cm tray supports the moulds during preparation and freezing. As a result, you can move a full batch while keeping the cavities level.
