The Silikomart Goccia-T mould, available at Al Fondokia Qatar, creates sophisticated chocolate tablets decorated with overlapping droplets and smooth curved surfaces. Designed by renowned chocolatier Kirsten Tibballs, the sculptural pattern transforms a traditional tablet into a distinctive professional creation.

The rigid Tritan mould contains three cavities measuring 150 × 70 × H8.3 mm. Each cavity holds 80 ml, providing a total capacity of 240 ml. Therefore, chocolatiers can produce three consistently proportioned tablets during every production cycle.

Furthermore, the transparent construction provides excellent visibility while moulding. Users can inspect coloured cocoa-butter decoration, verify chocolate coverage and identify trapped air before cooling and demoulding.

The smooth cavity surfaces encourage clean definition and a glossy professional finish. Meanwhile, the tablet format suits dark, milk, white, ruby or coloured chocolate. Finely chopped nuts, dried fruit, crisped grains, cocoa nibs and other suitable inclusions can also add flavour and texture.

Its rigid structure preserves every curved section of the droplet-inspired pattern. As a result, the Silikomart Goccia-T mould suits premium chocolate collections, luxury gift boxes, retail displays and signature dessert presentations.

The mould supports refrigeration, freezing and blast chilling. However, Tritan must not be placed in an oven or microwave. After use, the mould can be cleaned in a dishwasher.
