The Silikomart Bolla B mould, available at Al Fondokia Qatar, produces contemporary chocolate snack bars distinguished by six smoothly rounded sections. Designed in collaboration with chocolatier Andrey Dubovik, its playful yet refined profile suits professional assortments, gift boxes and modern confectionery displays.

To begin with, the mould contains 10 cavities measuring 115 × 25 × H15 mm. Each cavity holds 25 ml, providing a total capacity of 250 ml. Therefore, chocolatiers can produce accurately portioned snack bars with consistent dimensions throughout every batch.

Furthermore, the transparent Tritan construction provides excellent visibility while working. Users can inspect coloured cocoa-butter decoration, verify chocolate coverage and identify trapped air before cooling and demoulding.

The rigid mould preserves the definition of every rounded segment and maintains the bar’s straight base. In addition, its polished cavity surfaces encourage clean release and a brilliant professional shine across dark, milk, white and coloured chocolate preparations.

The Silikomart Bolla B mould accommodates solid chocolates as well as bars filled with ganache, caramel, gianduja, fruit gel, nut praline, biscuit pieces or other compatible preparations. Individual bubble sections also make the finished bars easy to divide into smaller portions.

The mould supports cooling, freezing and blast-chilling applications from −40°C to +90°C. However, Tritan must not be used in an oven or microwave. After production, the mould can be cleaned in a dishwasher without rinse aid.
