The Silikomart Tesoro-B mould, available at Al Fondokia Qatar, creates elegant chocolate snack bars with a romantic heart-themed design. Developed in collaboration with pastry chef Kirsten Tibballs, each slim rectangular bar features five raised hearts across its surface.

To begin with, the mould contains eight cavities measuring 120 × 25 × H12 mm. Each cavity holds 30 ml, providing a total capacity of 240 ml. Therefore, chocolatiers can produce consistently portioned bars across every production cycle.

Furthermore, the transparent Tritan construction provides clear visibility during moulding. Users can inspect coloured cocoa-butter decoration, identify trapped air, check chocolate coverage and monitor crystallisation before releasing the finished bars.

The rigid structure preserves the straight sides, defined corners and detailed heart motifs of each bar. In addition, its smooth cavity surfaces help create a glossy professional finish across dark, milk, white and coloured chocolate preparations.

The Silikomart Tesoro-B mould accommodates both solid and filled chocolate bars. Compatible centres can include ganache, caramel, praline, fruit gel or nut-based fillings, while the raised hearts provide a decorative surface for contrasting colours, metallic accents and seasonal presentations.
