The Silikomart Tesoro-T mould, available at Al Fondokia Qatar, transforms traditional chocolate tablets into distinctive creations decorated with hearts of different sizes. Developed with pastry chef Kirsten Tibballs, its expressive design suits gift collections, romantic occasions and premium chocolate displays.

To begin with, the mould provides three cavities measuring 150 × 70 × H10 mm. Each cavity holds 74 ml; therefore, chocolatiers can produce three consistently sized tablets with a total mould capacity of 222 ml.

Furthermore, every rectangular tablet features an arrangement of raised heart motifs. The varied sizes create depth and visual movement while offering attractive areas for contrasting colours, metallic cocoa butter and creative finishing techniques.

The transparent Tritan construction allows users to inspect the chocolate throughout production. Consequently, chocolatiers can monitor coloured cocoa-butter decoration, check the tempered chocolate for trapped air and follow crystallisation before release.

In addition, the rigid material maintains the tablet’s straight edges, shallow profile and detailed heart contours. Its smooth cavity surfaces also promote a polished, glossy result across dark, milk, white and coloured chocolate preparations.

The Silikomart Tesoro-T mould suits solid tablets as well as compatible filled creations. However, fillings should remain smooth and sufficiently fluid while leaving enough space to close each chocolate shell cleanly.
