CORONA – DECORATION SILICONE MOULD – 9 Ø68xH2 MM & 9 Ø77xH2 MM | SILIKOMART~ITALY

Give individual dishes an intricate circular finish with the Silikomart Corona mould. This yellow silicone mat contains two designs: nine geometric rings made from overlapping loops and nine leafy crowns. The geometric cavities measure Ø68 × H2 mm, while the leafy cavities measure Ø77 × H2 mm.

Use the Silikomart Corona mould with tuile batter or chocolate to create fine decorations that frame the centre of a dish. The geometric ring brings a clean, repeating pattern to modern presentations. Meanwhile, the leafy crown adds a softer botanical detail. Place a decoration flat around a plated element or use it as a raised accent where the finished preparation allows.

With 18 cavities in one mat, you can prepare matching garnishes for several portions at once. The two designs also let you vary the presentation without switching moulds. Flexible silicone helps you release the delicate shapes carefully, and preparing the decorations ahead of service makes final plating more efficient. Use Corona for appetisers, savoury courses, individual pastries and plated desserts.
