Create smooth round dessert components with the Silikomart Decor Round 80 mould. Its four shallow cavities produce clean circular forms measuring Ø85 × H15 mm. Moreover, each cavity holds 80 ml, providing a total capacity of 320 ml for consistent professional production.

The low-profile shape works well for plated desserts, cake decorations and layered inserts. In addition, pastry chefs can use it for mousse, crémeux, gelée, semifreddo, sponge and other baked or frozen preparations. The smooth rounded surface also supports mirror glaze, chocolate coating and velvet spray. Therefore, each component can be finished separately or combined with larger entremets.

Made in Italy from flexible food-grade platinum silicone, the mould supports accurate filling and controlled demoulding. Furthermore, its temperature resistance from −60°C to +230°C allows use in ovens, microwaves, freezers and blast chillers. As a result, professional kitchens can move preparations between baking, chilling and freezing stages using the same mould. After use, it can be cleaned in a dishwasher without rinse aid.
