Turn a simple round cake into a striking centrepiece with the Silikomart Fuoco silicone band. Its flame-shaped edge creates a chocolate collar that rises and falls around the cake, adding texture and height without covering the top.

The flexible band adapts to diameters from Ø60 to Ø260 mm, so you can use the same design across several cake sizes. Its 45 mm height gives the finished collar a noticeable profile. Moreover, diameter markings help you size the band for each creation.

To make the decoration, use the supplied PVC strip as a backing, spread chocolate with the spatula, and wrap the prepared strip around a suitable round cake ring or cake. Once the chocolate sets, remove the backing to reveal the flame pattern. You can choose dark, milk or white chocolate to suit the dessert.
