Create compact frozen treats with the Silikomart GEL017M Sun mould. The kit includes two platinum silicone moulds with six cavities each, plus 100 sticks and a tray. Each cavity shapes a round mini ice cream with a recessed centre that you can fill or decorate after unmoulding.

First, place the moulds on the tray and position the sticks in their dedicated slots. Then fill the cavities with your chosen ice cream or frozen dessert mixture. Each cavity measures Ø54 × H19 mm and holds 35 ml. Together, the 12 cavities provide 420 ml of mould capacity per batch.

Once the treats have frozen, flex the silicone to release them without pulling on the sticks. Next, dip or spray the outer surface, or add a contrasting filling to the recessed centre. The supplied dessert photo shows a chocolate version with a textured outer finish and a smooth, glossy centre.
