Create heart-shaped ice cream treats on sticks with the Silikomart GEL03 Heart-Ic mould. Its smooth surface gives you space for a glossy coating, a chocolate shell or decorations that suit your occasion. The full-size heart shape makes a striking individual dessert for celebrations and display counters.

The set contains two silicone moulds with four cavities each. Therefore, you can make eight matching hearts in one batch. Every cavity measures 91 × 85 × H23 mm and holds 96 ml, giving the set a combined capacity of 768 ml. The equal-sized cavities also help you keep portions consistent.

First, place the moulds on the supplied tray and position the wooden sticks. Then fill the cavities with your chosen frozen dessert mixture. You can add a contrasting layer or centre, as shown in the preparation image. Once the hearts have set, flex the silicone to release them. Finally, add a coating or garnish. The finished product image shows how a glossy red finish highlights the smooth heart shape.
