Create slender, cylindrical ice cream bars with the Silikomart GEL016 Rondò mould. Its smooth, rounded form gives each frozen dessert a clean surface for a glossy coating, chocolate dip or simple garnish. The long shape also makes a distinctive alternative to a flat ice cream bar.

The set contains two silicone moulds with eight cavities each, so you can prepare 16 matching portions in one batch. Each cavity measures Ø32 × H97 mm and holds 75 ml. Together, the moulds provide 1,200 ml of capacity. You also receive 50 sticks and a 30 × 40 cm tray to help organise the moulds during preparation.

First, place both moulds on the tray and insert the sticks through their dedicated openings. Next, fill the cavities with your ice cream, gelato or frozen dessert mixture. Once the bars have set, flex the silicone carefully to release them. Then add a coating or decoration that suits your flavour.
