Add a flowing chocolate detail to your cakes with the Silikomart Goccia silicone band. Its irregular drop shapes form a decorative collar around the sides of a round dessert. The pattern pairs especially well with smooth glazes and velvet finishes.

The band carries diameter guides from Ø60 to Ø260 mm. Therefore, you can use one kit to prepare collars for different cake sizes. Its 45 mm height gives the chocolate decoration a clear presence without hiding the dessert above it.

To prepare a collar, align the silicone band with the supplied PVC backing. Next, spread chocolate evenly with the spatula and shape the prepared strip around your round dessert or a suitable cake ring. Once the chocolate sets, remove the backing carefully to reveal the drop pattern. You can also vary the look with dark, milk or white chocolate.
