Build large layered desserts with more control using the Silikomart I Love Levels kit. Its rectangular silicone mould has straight sides and graduated markings, so you can check the depth of each layer as you fill it. The kit also includes a cake board for moving the preparation and a transparent cover for storage and transport.

First, position the flexible mould on its support. Then pour in your first preparation and level the surface before adding the next layer. The supplied preparation photo shows a chef pouring chocolate-coloured mixture over a pale base. By following the mould’s markings, you can repeat layer depths across a large batch and create cleaner slices after the dessert sets.

The mould measures 555 × 355 × H50 mm and holds approximately 9,900 ml. As a result, it suits production of multiple portions from one rectangular dessert. Once the layers have set, flex the silicone to release them, then cut the dessert into your chosen serving sizes. The board helps you move the preparation between work areas, while the clear cover protects it during suitable chilled storage and makes its contents visible.
