Turn a round dessert into a geometric centrepiece with the Silikomart Kaleido 1100 mould. Its interlocking facets wrap around a central opening, creating a striking pattern across the top and sides. Silikomart developed the design with pastry chef Jessica Préalpato.

The single cavity measures Ø190 × H60 mm and holds 1,100 ml. Fill the mould with a mousse or semifreddo preparation, following your recipe’s chilling instructions. You can also add layers or an insert to create a contrasting centre when you slice the finished dessert.

Once the preparation sets, flex the silicone carefully to release its detailed shape. Then apply velvet spray to emphasise the angles, or use a suitable glaze for a glossy finish. Because the pattern supplies much of the visual detail, a few small accents can complete the presentation.

The Silikomart Kaleido 1100 mould gives you a shareable ring dessert, a distinctive faceted design and a repeatable shape for future batches. Moreover, its flexible silicone supports careful release, while the sculpted surface offers different looks through colour and finish. Serve it whole on a dessert display, then cut portions around the ring.
