First, fill the base mould with your chosen mousse, semifreddo or other suitable preparation. Its six cavities measure 130 × 38 × H28 mm and hold 120 ml each. Meanwhile, use the second mould to make smaller decorative toppings. Its six cavities measure 117 × 18 × H16 mm and hold 22 ml each. Once both elements have set, release them from the flexible silicone and place the toppings along the centre of the bases.
