Create a small sharing dessert with a message built into its surface using the Silikomart Kit Love 360. The kit contains a round silicone mould and a separate mat with a script “Love” design. Together, they shape a neat, rounded dessert with raised lettering, as shown in the supplied photo.

The mould measures Ø120 × H35 mm and has a stated capacity of 360 ml. First, position the decorative mat inside the mould. Then add a mousse, semifreddo or other preparation that suits your recipe. The mat forms the lettering as the dessert sets, so you can create a detailed top without piping each letter by hand.

Once the dessert has set, carefully release it from the flexible mould and remove the mat to reveal the design. Next, choose a finish that makes the lettering visible. The photographed dessert uses a rich red colour, a fine textured surface and a small gold accent. You could also choose a glaze or another colour to suit the occasion.
