The Silikomart Kit Santa chocolate mould set, available at Al Fondokia Qatar, creates a large freestanding Santa Claus from chocolate. Silikomart Professional developed the six-piece kit with pastry and chocolate chef Raúl Bernal.

Firstly, separate moulds form the right and left body sections. Additional components create Santa’s eyes and hands, hat and pom-pom, beard, nose, ears and belt buckle. Consequently, chocolatiers can assemble a complete 3D figure measuring 188 × H248 mm.

Furthermore, the transparent PETG material helps users monitor the chocolate coating and identify unfilled areas. The smooth cavities also produce clearly defined components for colouring, spraying and finishing.

For best results, temper the chocolate before filling the Silikomart Kit Santa chocolate mould set. Then, allow every component to crystallise completely before careful release and assembly. This thermoformed set is not suitable for oven use.
