Build a curved dessert with contrasting layers using the Silikomart Stella del Circo mould kit. Its four pieces work together: a large silicone mould shapes the outer dessert, a second creates an insert, the SF172 mould makes small toppings, and a plastic support steadies the large mould during preparation.

The outer mould measures 280 × 60 × H71 mm and holds 1,000 ml. Meanwhile, the insert mould measures 270 × 50 × H50 mm and holds 584 ml. First, prepare the insert in a flavour or colour that contrasts with the outer layer. Then fill the larger mould and place the insert inside before setting the dessert. The supplied preparation photos show the curved components being handled and a layered piece positioned in the supported mould.

Next, use the SF172 mould to make small Ø32 × H28 mm decorations, each with a 20 ml capacity. Once the main dessert has set, flex the silicone to release its curved form. You can finish it with a glaze or velvet coating, then arrange the small pieces and other decorations along the top.
