Build clean, layered individual desserts with the Silikomart Kit Tarte Ring Klassik. The kit brings together rings for baking tart shells and a silicone mould for making smooth, round toppings. As a result, you can prepare a coordinated batch of tartlets with a consistent shape and finish.

The six perforated rings measure Ø70 × H20 mm. Their openings help heat reach the tart dough as it bakes, while the rings shape each shell. Meanwhile, the silicone mould has six Ø67 × H15 mm cavities. Each holds 52 ml, so you can prepare six measured toppings with a combined capacity of 312 ml. The slightly smaller topping fits within the tart shell’s outer edge.

First, line the rings with dough and bake the shells according to your recipe. Next, fill the mould with mousse, cream or another suitable preparation. Once the toppings have set, flex the silicone to release them. Then place a topping on each filled shell and add your chosen glaze or garnish.
