Each cavity measures 60 × 20 × H20 mm and holds 24 ml, giving the set a total mould capacity of 240 ml. First, place both moulds on the tray and position the sticks in their slots. Then fill the cavities with a chocolate, frozen dessert or another preparation suited to your recipe. The straight sides and flat surfaces give you a simple shape to coat and decorate.

Once the bars have set, flex the silicone to release them. Next, dip them in chocolate, add a drizzle or finish them with a small garnish. The supplied dessert image shows three dark chocolate bars with different surface textures and rose petal accents.
