Create small, precisely shaped desserts with the Silikomart Mini Kube01 mould. Its square cavities form neat 20 mm cubes that work well as chocolate-coated bites, miniature frozen treats or savoury finger food. Add the supplied wooden sticks when you want guests to pick up each portion easily.

Each mould has 15 cavities, so the two-mould set makes 30 cubes per batch. Every cavity holds 8 ml, giving you 120 ml per mould and 240 ml across the set. The included black tray helps you keep the moulds together during preparation, while the 50 sticks give you enough for more than one batch.

First, fill the cavities with your chosen mixture. Then position the sticks and set the preparation according to your recipe. Once ready, release the cubes from the flexible silicone. For a finished dessert, dip them in chocolate and add a contrasting coating, such as crisp chocolate pieces.
