Make small desserts on sticks with the Silikomart Mini Pick03 mould. Its long, rounded cavities give each piece a smooth curved top and a flat base. As a result, you can create a simple shape that suits chocolate coatings, coloured finishes and small garnishes.

The kit contains two silicone moulds with five cavities each, one black 120 × 400 mm support tray and 50 wooden sticks. Each cavity measures 60 × 20 × H18 mm and holds 22 ml. Together, the moulds make 10 matching pieces with a total mould capacity of 220 ml.

First, set both moulds on the tray and position a stick in each slot. Then fill the cavities with a preparation suited to your recipe. After the pieces have set, flex the silicone to release them while keeping their rounded profiles intact. Finally, add a coating or decoration. The supplied photo shows glossy chocolate-covered mini desserts topped with small blue flower petals.
