MODULAR FLEX GALAXY – 4 SILICONE MOLD CAVITIES – 375x42x42 MM | SILIKOMART~ITALY

Bring a sculpted pattern to your dessert display with the Silikomart Modular Flex Galaxy mould. Its long cavities create connected rounded sections with a defined, compact profile. The mould produces four matching logs at once, so you can prepare a consistent set for service.

Each cavity measures 375 × 42 × H42 mm and holds 500 ml. Fill the mould with a mousse, semifreddo or another preparation suited to your recipe. You can also close the filled cavities with a sponge base before chilling.

Once the desserts have set, flex the silicone carefully to release their repeating shape. Then finish the logs with mirror glaze for a glossy surface or velvet spray for a soft texture. The rounded sections give both finishes a distinctive outline without requiring separate decoration for every portion.

The Silikomart Modular Flex Galaxy mould gives you several ways to serve the result. Present a complete log, cut it into smaller portions or arrange sections together on a platter. With four cavities, a repeatable shape, flexible serving sizes, easy release and varied finishing options, the mould fits both display desserts and individual presentations.
