Create egg-shaped individual desserts with the Silikomart MUL3D Egg mould. Its three-dimensional form gives each portion a smooth surface that you can finish with glaze, velvet spray or other decorations. For an Easter display, present the eggs individually or pair them with chocolate nests, as shown in the finished dessert photo.

The mould has five cavities, and each one holds 100 ml. Therefore, you can make five matching portions with a combined capacity of 500 ml. At Ø50 × H73 mm, the eggs have enough height to stand out on a dessert plate or in a display case.

The two-part design combines a white silicone base with a transparent silicone cover. First, assemble the parts and fill the cavities with your chosen preparation. Then chill or freeze the desserts according to your recipe. Once they have set, separate the parts and flex the silicone to release the egg shapes. Finally, add your preferred finish and garnish.
