The Silikomart New York 270 mould, available at Al Fondokia Qatar, helps pastry chefs create cube-shaped croissants, puff pastries, breads and other leavened preparations. Its single cavity measures 65 × 65 × H65 mm and provides a capacity of 270 ml.

To begin with, holes around the TPlusX body encourage complete leavening and allow excess moisture to escape. Therefore, heat circulates more effectively around the preparation, supporting even baking and a crisp, golden exterior.

Furthermore, the stabilising supports help the mould retain its square profile during preparation. The interlocking lid also remains securely engaged while closed. Consequently, expanding dough stays contained and develops a precise cube shape.

The non-stick TPlusX material does not require a Teflon coating and withstands temperatures from −30°C to +250°C. In addition, it resists impacts and maintains its original shape during repeated professional use.
