The single cavity measures Ø180 × H53 mm and holds 1,050 ml. Fill it with your chosen mousse or semifreddo preparation, then add an insert or base if your recipe calls for one. After chilling, release the dessert carefully from the flexible silicone to preserve the wave detail.

A mirror glaze follows the curves and catches the light across the raised surface. Alternatively, use velvet spray for a soft finish that still shows the shape clearly. The Silikomart Ocean 1050 mould therefore gives you two distinct presentation styles from the same design.

Its generous round format suits a dessert made to share or display. The mould also helps you create a repeatable shape, release delicate preparations, highlight a detailed surface, vary your finishes and keep additional decoration simple. A small chocolate accent or a few carefully placed toppings can complete the presentation without covering the wave.
