Make small pastry decorations with a consistent oval shape using the Silikomart Chablon Oval. The set contains two flexible silicone stencil sheets, each measuring approximately 297 × 210 mm. Each cavity forms a decoration measuring 34 × 24 × H2 mm.

First, place a sheet on a suitable flat work surface. Fill the oval openings with prepared chocolate, caramel or isomalt, and level the mixture. Then, let the preparation set according to your recipe. Lift the flexible stencil away to reveal clean, matching shapes. You can add colour or a surface pattern for a more detailed finish.

Each sheet has 45 cavities. As a result, the two-sheet set can produce up to 90 decorations per batch when you fill both sheets. The repeatable size helps pastry teams prepare garnishes for individual desserts, entremets and plated presentations. The transparent silicone lets you see the surface beneath the stencil as you work.
