Bake a longer loaf with the Silikomart SFT331 Plum Cake mould. Its 300 × 100 × 70 mm cavity holds 1700 ml of mixture and creates a clean rectangular shape for slicing and serving.

The flexible silicone helps you release a finished cake without forcing it from a rigid pan. First, place the mould on a stable baking tray and fill it according to your recipe. After baking, allow the loaf to cool as directed. Then flex the sides gently and turn it out. The Safe Ring shown in the product image supports the mould’s sides while you handle it.
