To begin with, the Silikomart Teddy Bear 68 mould, available at Al Fondokia Qatar, creates charming teddy bear portions with rounded features and clearly defined facial details; furthermore, its eight cavities allow pastry teams to prepare multiple consistent desserts in every production cycle; consequently, each 68 ml cavity produces a bear measuring 79 × 56 × H27 mm; meanwhile, the detailed shape suits elegant mousses, parfaits, semifreddos, chocolate creations and chocolate-coated marshmallow bears; additionally, its total 544 ml capacity supports efficient preparation for children’s menus, celebrations, themed displays and gift collections.

Created in collaboration with pastry chef Eunji Lee, the Silikomart Teddy Bear 68 mould uses flexible food-grade platinum silicone for controlled filling and clean demoulding; moreover, its temperature resistance from −60°C to +230°C supports baking, chilling, freezing and blast freezing; at the same time, the included cutter helps chefs prepare matching biscuit bases, sponge layers and decorative inserts; as a result, bakeries, hotels, restaurants, cafés, catering kitchens and pastry laboratories can develop complete individual desserts with consistent dimensions; finally, the mould’s reusable construction and detailed cavity design deliver reliable results across frequent professional production cycles.
