Its six individual moulds give each cake a smooth circular shape, ready for glazing, spraying or your own decoration. The supplied finished-dessert image shows one way to present the shape with a finely textured finish.

Each mould measures Ø180 × H50 mm and holds 1,266 ml. Together, the six moulds provide a total capacity of 7,596 ml. The set also includes a 600 × 400 mm tray, which gives the flexible moulds a stable surface as you fill and move them.

First, arrange the moulds on the tray. Then fill each one with your chosen mousse, semifreddo or suitable cake preparation. You can make six matching desserts for a display or vary the flavours while keeping the same size. Once the preparations have set or baked according to your recipe, gently flex the silicone to release them.
