The Silikomart Universo 600 silicone mould creates a softly rounded cake with a smooth surface and gently curved sides. Its simple shape gives you room to experiment with flavours, layers and finishes without competing with the decoration.

First, fill the Ø140 × H45 mm mould with your chosen preparation. Then, set or bake it according to your recipe and release the dessert from the flexible silicone. The finished shape works well with a glossy glaze, a velvet coating or a restrained garnish.

With a 600 ml capacity, Universo 600 is suited to smaller modern cakes and plated sharing desserts. For example, you can build a mousse cake with an insert or prepare a baked cake with a clean rounded edge. Finally, add your own decoration to suit the occasion.
