The Martino chocolate mould kit from Silikomart Italy creates a charming three-dimensional festive gnome from tempered chocolate. The finished figure measures approximately 121 × 67 × H185 mm and features a tall pointed hat, rounded nose and decorative beard.

Firstly, the kit includes two complementary thermoformed mould halves that reproduce the front and back of the character. Consequently, chocolatiers can create a balanced hollow figure with consistent proportions.

The front mould defines the gnome’s hat, nose, moustache, beard and two decorative stars. Moreover, the Martino chocolate mould works with properly tempered dark, milk, white or coloured chocolate.

Pastry chefs can use contrasting chocolate to highlight the facial features and stars. Alternatively, coloured cocoa butter, edible dust or metallic finishes can customise the gnome for Christmas collections, winter celebrations and branded chocolate gifts.
