ADJUSTABLE BRASS BRISTLE ROUND BRUSH WITH SCRAPER – 14X17X7 CM | GI METAL~ITALY

The GI Metal pizza oven brush with scraper is a professional cleaning tool developed for maintaining the cooking surface of commercial pizza ovens. Its round brush head is particularly useful for cleaning curved and circular oven interiors, including areas that conventional rectangular brushes may not reach effectively.

Equipped with durable brass bristles, the brush helps remove loose flour, ash and food residue from refractory-stone cooking surfaces. Moreover, the rotating head allows the operator to change the cleaning angle and reach different sections of the oven floor more comfortably. This adjustable movement is especially helpful when cleaning oven corners, curved edges and difficult rear sections.

A stainless steel scraper is positioned at the back of the brush head. Therefore, when baked-on food or stubborn residue cannot be removed using the bristles alone, the operator can turn the head and use the scraper to loosen the material. The brush and scraper combination reduces the need to switch repeatedly between separate cleaning tools.

Benefits

The round shape helps the pizza oven brush with scraper follow the curved interior of traditional pizza ovens. Consequently, operators can clean areas that may be difficult to access with a rectangular brush. Meanwhile, the brass bristles provide effective sweeping action for removing ash, flour and cooking residue.

Additionally, the integrated stainless steel scraper helps loosen residue that has become burnt onto the oven floor. The anodized aluminum handle provides extended reach while keeping the operator farther away from the hot oven chamber. Furthermore, its rotating head improves control and allows the cleaning angle to be adjusted according to the oven’s shape.

Overall, the GI Metal round oven brush combines brushing, scraping and extended reach in one professional tool. As a result, it supports faster routine cleaning and helps maintain a cleaner cooking surface during demanding pizzeria operations.
