ALVEOLE 3 – HONEYCOMB DECORATION SILICONE MAT – 5 CAVITIES – Ø75xH2 MM | SILIKOMART, ITALY

Add fine honeycomb detail to individual desserts with the Silikomart Alvéolé 3 mat. It creates five circular decorations, each Ø75 × H2 mm, with a pattern of hexagonal cells. The same mat also includes eight small bee shapes, so you can complete the theme without preparing a separate mould.

Use the Silikomart Alvéolé 3 mat to make thin decorative pieces that sit on top of a glazed mousse, tart or plated pastry. The open honeycomb pattern leaves the dessert visible beneath it, while the circular outline gives each portion a clear, consistent finish. Add a bee beside a disc or place it elsewhere on the dessert to vary the presentation.

With five matching circles in one mat, you can prepare several portions together and repeat the same look across a display. The flexible silicone helps you release the fine pattern carefully. Each honeycomb cavity holds approximately 3 ml, while the smaller bee cavities hold approximately 0.5 ml each.

The mat measures 400 × 82 mm. Its narrow format makes it practical for preparing the honeycomb discs and matching bee details in a single production step.
