Each of the two white silicone moulds has seven cavities. Therefore, the set prepares 14 portions per batch. Every cavity measures 87 × 48 × H24 mm and holds 97 ml. In addition, the included 30 × 40 cm tray supports the moulds while you fill, level and transfer them to the freezer.

To assemble a sandwich, place a suitably sized biscuit in the cavity and add your chosen ice cream preparation. Next, level the filling and add a second biscuit. Once the sandwich has frozen firmly, flex the silicone to release it. You can then dip an edge in chocolate or finish it with chopped nuts, coconut or other toppings.
