Create long, neatly shaped ice cream sandwiches with the Silikomart BISC03 Slim mould. The set includes two silicone moulds with six cavities each, allowing you to prepare up to 12 matching portions per batch. Each cavity measures 120 × 45 × H20 mm and holds approximately 110 ml.

Start by placing a biscuit in the bottom of each cavity. Next, add your chosen frozen dessert mixture and level it. Cover the filling with another biscuit, then freeze the sandwiches until firm. Finally, flex the silicone to release each portion. The mould helps you keep the filling aligned between the biscuits for a consistent finished shape.

The included 30 × 40 cm tray supports both moulds as you fill and freeze them. Therefore, you can move the batch while keeping the cavities level. The long, narrow format also gives you plenty of space to show contrasting biscuit and filling colours.
