Give individual desserts a sculpted floral shape with the Silikomart Fleur 90 mould. Its overlapping petals create depth and curved edges, adding detail directly to each portion. The flower design suits celebration menus, pastry displays and plated desserts.

Each of the six cavities holds 90 ml and measures Ø99 × H35 mm. As a result, you can prepare consistent portions with a total batch capacity of 540 ml. The defined petal surfaces also offer different finishing possibilities, from glossy mirror glaze to a soft velvet coating.

Made in Italy from flexible platinum silicone, the mould supports baked, chilled and frozen preparations. Furthermore, its flexibility helps release properly set desserts while preserving their floral contours. Use it for fruit mousses, chocolate creations, semifreddos or small baked cakes.

The silicone withstands temperatures from −60°C to +230°C. After production, wash the mould in the dishwasher without rinse aid to simplify cleaning between batches.
