Add a floral focal point to a cake with the Silikomart Flower Power mould. Each shallow cavity shapes a cluster of flowers with rounded petals and defined centres. The supplied dessert image shows a pale yellow decoration placed off-centre on a round cake, where its raised flowers stand out against the cake’s smooth surface.

The mould contains two cavities, each measuring Ø140 × H10 mm and holding 80 ml. Its total capacity is 160 ml, so you can prepare two matching toppers in one batch. First, set the mould on a flat tray. Then fill the floral cavities with a preparation suited to your dessert and level the exposed side.

Once the decorations have set, flex the silicone gently to release the petal details. Next, position a topper on your cake and choose a finish that brings out its shapes.
