Shape rounded ice cream bars with the Silikomart GEL14 3D mould. Its three-dimensional cavities form a smooth bar with curved edges, giving you a clean surface for chocolate, coloured coatings or textured toppings. Each of the two silicone moulds has six cavities, so the set produces 12 matching bars in one batch. Every cavity measures 93 × 43 × H25 mm and holds 76 ml. That gives you 456 ml per mould and 912 ml across both moulds. The kit also includes 50 wooden sticks and a tray.

First, set the moulds on the tray and place the sticks in their slots. Next, fill each cavity with your chosen ice cream or frozen dessert mixture. Once the bars have frozen, flex the silicone gently to release them. Then dip, glaze or decorate each bar to suit its flavour.
