The kit includes two silicone moulds with six cavities each, plus 50 wooden sticks and a support tray. Each cavity measures 82 × 54 × H43 mm and holds 124 ml. First, set the moulds on the tray and position the sticks. Then fill the cavities with your chosen ice cream or semifreddo preparation and freeze them until firm.

After freezing, flex the silicone gently to release each pop. Next, add a coating or sprayed finish to suit the flavour and presentation. You can use a natural fruit colour scheme, as shown in the image, or create a different look for your menu.
