The Silikomart Goccia silicone mould shapes a dessert with a low, rounded dome and clean, uninterrupted curves. Its simple form gives you room to experiment with colour, flavour and finishing.

First, fill the mould with your chosen mousse, semifreddo mixture or cake batter. Then, chill or bake the dessert according to your recipe before releasing it from the flexible silicone. The internal border gives the base a slightly rounded edge.

Goccia measures Ø200 × H70 mm and holds 1,650 ml. For example, a velvet coating adds texture to the dome, while a mirror glaze highlights its smooth surface. Finish with a small garnish if you want the shape to remain the focus.
