KIT BAR SISMA – CH028 TRITAN + ICBH04 SILICONE CHOCOLATE MOLD SET – 8 CAVITIES | SILIKOMART~ITALY

The Silikomart Kit Bar Sisma mould, available at Al Fondokia Qatar, provides a coordinated system for producing eight layered chocolate snack bars. Developed with pastry chef Marike Van Beurden, the kit combines a rigid transparent Tritan mould with a flexible platinum-silicone mould.

To begin with, the CH028 Tritan component forms eight smooth chocolate bases. Each cavity measures 120 × 25 × H10 mm and holds 29 ml. Furthermore, its transparent construction helps chocolatiers inspect coverage and control the finish during moulding.

Meanwhile, the ICHB04 silicone component creates eight decorative upper sections. Each cavity measures 117 × 22 × H12 mm and holds 23 ml. Its sculpted surface adds a distinctive geometric texture while supporting compatible preparations such as ganache, praline, fruit gel or mousse.

Once assembled, both elements form a finished bar measuring 120 × 25 × H22 mm with a combined capacity of 52 ml. Consequently, the Silikomart Kit Bar Sisma mould supports precise layering and contrasting combinations of chocolate, fillings and textured inserts.

In addition, the flexible silicone component promotes easy release after chilling, while the rigid Tritan mould helps maintain clean edges and a smooth chocolate surface. Both components are suitable for freezer and blast-chiller use and support dishwasher cleaning.
