The Silikomart Kit Bar Volta mould, available at Al Fondokia Qatar, provides a coordinated two-part system for producing professional filled chocolate snack bars. Developed in collaboration with pastry chef Alexandre Bourdeaux, the kit combines a transparent Tritan outer mould with a flexible silicone insert mould.

To begin with, the CH016 Tritan mould creates eight smooth chocolate shells. Each outer cavity measures 128 × 33 × H14 mm and holds 29 ml. Its rigid transparent construction also allows chocolatiers to monitor coverage and shell formation during production.

Meanwhile, the ICHB02 silicone mould produces eight inserts measuring 115 × 20 × H13 mm. Each cavity holds 23 ml and suits ganache, praline, caramel, fruit gel, cream and other compatible fillings.

Therefore, combining both elements creates a finished 52 ml snack bar with a curved profile and defined outer surface. The Silikomart Kit Bar Volta mould consequently helps users position inserts accurately while maintaining a consistent chocolate layer around every bar.

Furthermore, both components suit freezer and blast-chiller use. The flexible silicone insert mould supports easy release, while the durable Tritan mould promotes clean, glossy chocolate surfaces. Both moulds are also dishwasher-safe for practical professional maintenance.
