The Silikomart Kit Blocco T, available at Al Fondokia Qatar, provides a coordinated system for producing square chocolate tablets with accurately shaped centres. The set combines a rigid transparent CH021 Tritan mould with a flexible ICH021 platinum-silicone insert mould.

To begin with, the Tritan mould contains six cavities measuring approximately 75 × 75 × H16.5 mm. Each cavity holds 77 ml, providing a total chocolate capacity of 462 ml. Therefore, chocolatiers can produce generously proportioned tablets with four clearly defined sections.

Meanwhile, the silicone mould creates six matching inserts measuring approximately 67 × 67 × H7.5 mm. Each insert holds 27.5 ml and fits neatly inside the chocolate shell. Consequently, chefs can combine crisp chocolate exteriors with centres made from ganache, caramel, gianduja, praline, fruit gel or nut-based preparations.

Furthermore, the transparent Tritan construction provides clear visibility throughout production. Users can inspect coloured cocoa-butter decoration, verify shell coverage and monitor chocolate crystallisation before demoulding.

The rigid mould maintains straight outer edges, tapered sides and the tablet’s four raised sections. In addition, the flexible platinum-silicone component supports the clean release of frozen inserts without damaging their square form.

The silicone mould withstands temperatures from −60°C to +230°C, while the Tritan component suits cooling, freezing and blast-chilling applications. However, the Tritan mould must not be placed in an oven or microwave.
