Build a floral dessert with two distinct layers using the Silikomart Kit Fleur 1085. The set includes a mould for the base and a separate mould for the sculpted top. Together, they create a round centrepiece with a defined flower design and room to combine complementary flavours.

The base mould measures Ø156 × H30 mm and holds 485 ml. Meanwhile, the floral top mould measures Ø160 × H50 mm and holds 600 ml. Their combined capacity is 1,085 ml, and the assembled dessert measures approximately Ø160 × H80 mm.

First, prepare each component in its own mould. For example, you could pair a fruit layer with a contrasting mousse, or add an insert to suit your recipe. Then chill or freeze the components as the preparation requires. Once they have set, flex the silicone to release them and position the floral top over the base. The separate moulds help you handle each layer before assembly and keep the finished shape consistent.
