The Silikomart Kit Teddy chocolate mould set, available at Al Fondokia Qatar, creates a large freestanding bear from individually moulded chocolate components. Silikomart Professional developed the five-piece set with pastry and chocolate chef Raúl Bernal.

Firstly, the right and left body moulds create the main chocolate shell. Additional mould sections form the eyes, paws, snout, nose and ears. Consequently, chocolatiers can assemble a complete 3D teddy bear measuring 140 × 161 × H210 mm.

Furthermore, the transparent thermoformed material lets users inspect the chocolate layer and identify incomplete areas. The smooth cavities also create clearly defined pieces for colouring, spraying and texturing.

For best results, temper the chocolate before filling the Silikomart Kit Teddy chocolate mould set. Then, allow every piece to crystallise fully before careful release and assembly. Hand-wash the moulds gently, avoid abrasive products and do not place them in an oven.
